The Workspace has crashed and cannot open/ the mouse cursor is not showing 

  • If AdAstra has crashed you may need to restart it using the Task Manager
  • Select About Workspace -> Restart WorkSpace from the Amazon Drop Down Menu
  • Restart the workspace
  • Allow the Workspace 5 minutes to reboot and log back in again 

AdAstra has crashed/ Can’t get out of AdAstra to Restart #

  • If AdAstra has crashed you may need to restart it using the Task Manager
  • Select View -> Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete from the Amazon Drop Down Menu
  • Select ‘Task Manager’ from the Menu on the Blue Screen
  • Highlight ‘Winforms Client (32 bit)’, right click and select ‘End task’
  • Close the ‘Task Manager’ using the X in the top right
  • Restart AdAstra.
