About our Clinical Attachments
A clinical attachment is a short term unpaid placement for a qualified doctor who needs experience of the NHS. This is an observer role only and the doctor doing a clinical attachment will not have direct patient contact or take on any responsibility. BARDOC has supported aspiring clinicians with work experience placements, and more recently have been providing clinical attachments for Doctors that have studied Medicine abroad. This allows them to then apply for foundation jobs within the NHS. This is supported through the BARDOC learning academy.
