The Greater Manchester Care Record (GMCR) has been updated with EPaCCS functionality. This function will allow notes to be added from the surgery directly to the patients digital files with GMCR. 

This function can be accessed from the EHR tab on Adastra when accessing a patient's case:

When accessing this for the first time for case with EPaCCS present, it will ask you to fill out a user profile form as seen below:

This will only ask once and remember for any future cases. 

After completing, you will see the patients GMCR with any patients alerts as shown below:

Please take note of any alerts and press ‘continue’. 

To access the EPaCCS section, simply scroll down the page with the middle mouse button of the right side cursor bar and the section is directly below the general alerts:

Please click into the main body of the EpaCCS section and this will expand fully as seen below:

From this section you can either view the whole of the EPaCCS note or use the header links as shown below. Clicking on any of the above header links will take you to the relevant section on the form.

You can return to the main section of the GMCR by clicking on the home icon below the patients name:
